HI THERE,
HI THERE,
My name is Nick Chin!
I am a Senior UX Designer and Product Manager at General Electric Company in Boston, MA.
I love solving problems in the work that I do, particularly when it comes to focusing on end-user experience. Who is this being built for? Does it supportive the needs of the stakeholders we're working with? Is it being built with the user in mind? These are all questions I ask when I am working on any project.
I received my Bachelor's of Science in Information Studies with a UX concentration from the University of Michigan (GO BLUE!) After I graduated in 2016, I joined GE's Digital Technology Leadership. I completed three rotations with GE Lightning in Cleveland, OH where I had lead and participated as a project manager for a network integrations, a SAP Hybris Product Catalog designer and as a front-end developer for a Polymer JS dashboard.
Most recently, I've been stationed at GE's Corporate Headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. There, I've been working on supporting some of our business specific Salesforce implementations. But primarily, I've been wearing several different hats while working on building our corporate utility for managing GE's complex Salesforce Licensing Landscape.
Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn if you're interested in learning more.
